Early Childhood Centre Manager

We're seeking an Early Childhood Centre Manager to be the foundational leader for ethics and operations of our clients happy, high-quality long day care centre which includes an integrated 3 and 4 year-old funded kindergarten program. This amazing opportunity is located in Parkville, Victoria.

Your Core Mission

You will be the professional leader responsible for both daily operations (including finance and National Quality Standards) and the ethical integrity of the centre, driving child safeguarding.

• Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of successful Centre Manager or senior leadership experience.
• Safeguarding Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge and experience implementing Child Safe Standards.

Mandatory qualifications and certificates:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or higher ACECQA Approved qualification.
• Current Working With Children's Check (WWCC).
• Clear National and/or International Police Check (PC).
• CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis Certificates.
• Child Protection Training - Mandatory Reporting and Other Obligations Certificate.
